STABILIZERS
We are equipped to manufacture various stabilizers such as Non Magnetic, Alloy Steel, Near-bit, String Alloy stabilizers with different O.D. sizes and connections including various types of hard facing on stabilizer blades are offered along with phosphating of connections to minimize galling.
MUD MOTOR RADIAL BEARINGS
Our capabilities include manufacturing of radial bearings using various high quality materials that meet customers’ specifications. We also provide unique hard facing for maximum protection against radial wear.
COATING AND REPAIRS of MANDRELS & HOUSINGS
Our diversified protective coating capability, applied via various processes are all in line with the latest customer procedures and inspected through stringent quality control.
THREAD CONNECTIONS - NEW & REPAIRS
We are certified to machine threads as per API 7-1 and machined as per customer requirement including shot-peening is performed on the threads as and when required.
MUD MOTOR ROTORS
One of our specialties here at ASWAN is our refurbishing and coating/plating service for Mud Motor Rotors. The process takes the used ‘unusable rotor’ and transforms it into a ‘like new’ component for a fraction of the full replacement cost. Through our capabilities in carbide coating and hard chrome plating we ensure extended life and superior performance for all rotors
SUBS
We are equipped to manufacture Subs (CROSSOVER | FLOAT | BIT | LIFT | UBHO ) in various specs and sizes, complete with A.P.I. or various customer specified connections. Furthermore, connections are phosphated to minimise galling
OILFIELD BASKETS & SKIDS FABRICATION
Our capabilities also include fabrication of oilfield baskets and skids for on-shore and offshore rigs and supply vessels.
DRILL COLLARS
Drill Collars are manufactured from approved materials in accordance to customer specification. We are equipped to conduct stub welding of non-magnetic weld collars strictly in line with customer specification and procedure.
MUD MOTOR JAR PARTS
We are equipped to manufacture Mud Motor parts using various Steels. In addition, we provide Tungsten Carbide Coating and Hard Chrome Plating for high quality surface protection resulting in long lasting performance in the field.
