Aswan is proudly certified to the ISO 9001:2015 and API Q1 9th Edition Quality Management Systems.

We hold the following API Product monogramming licenses under FID 3126 & FID 7152 :

Aswan is also authorized with ASME U, U2, and R stamps for the manufacturing and repair of pressure vessels.

Quality Assurance & Control

At Aswan, Quality Assurance and Quality Control are central to our Manufacturing, Remanufacturing & Repair processes. Our QA/QC Department offers a comprehensive range of services, including:

  • Dimensional Inspection
  • CMM Inspection with Scan-CAD Features
  • PMI Spectrometer Analysis
  • Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): LPI, MPI, UT, and RT
  • Hardness Testing
  • Integrated Metallographic Specimen Evaluation Lab

Our Quality team includes certified Welding and Coating Inspectors, as well as NDT Level-II Inspectors, ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout our operations.
